He is deliberatly refusing to pay! He claims to CSA he has no money, yet he has a house, goes on lots of holidays abroad, fancy cars etc! And the csa has proof of this but everytime they ask him about it he point blank denys everything. My case worker has even seen him driving one of these cars he claims he knows nothing about!!
Jail or fines dont bother me, nor does getting the money tbh. Im past caring about the money, although dont get me wrong it would be nice to eventually get something! I just dont want him getting away with this any longer! He thinks he has won and brags to his friends about how he gets away without paying towards his son that he doesnt want and even tells everyone he doesnt see why I should get his money when I have money of my own. His money means nothing to me, Iv survived this long and gave my son a great life but its the principle!!
I just want to be able to know that at the end of this all, he is not getting away with disowning his son the way he does and not contributing at all towards him
I wouldn't call a couple of beat up escorts flash cars, I do several foreign holidays per year , have a house etc but I'm not rich or loaded, the later part of your post does summarise things though, not sure why you turn it into a battle, as battles always have losers, I'm sure you would win the csa side of things, I can tell you from the other side of the fence, that paying csa is a great excuse for disowning my offspring :j0 -

Who mentioned escorts??
I can tell u one thing, they are worth a fair bit!
And I didnt say he was rich or loaded, but claiming to csa he doesnt work and has no money at all but can go to Ibiza for 2 weeks in the summer, New York in winter, have a townhouse in town, out drinking every weekend, own 10k cars and get paid for playing a sport. I would say that contradicts itself
So you would happily disown your kids just so you didnt have to pay for them yeah? Id hate you to be the father to any of my kids and god help any kids you have0 -

karen I think you knw where I'm coming from, some women are with guys and leave them to run off with a 'footballer' and their ex lived in a sqaulid flatand drove an ol nail, but then when it comes to wanting CS this guy 'suddenly' live in a penthouse and the Astra GTE may as well be a bugatti veyron
I do agree though the NRP should contribute based on their legal income.
tek-monkey , I pay my CS and that is all I have to do, the topic has been covered many times before so you are not raising nothing new, I'm sure you read other PWCs posts and I am not the 1st to do this or will be the last, I'm sure I will hear from the other party next month as it is birthday and xmas time, I suppose that is ok to do as well?

I never left him, he left me and our 4day old son. We were together for 2 years previously. I contacted csa when my son was a month old as he refused to give me money. He lived with his mum while we were together, its only after he served his time as a tradesman that he started earning more money therefor can afford all these luxury items. If he was contributing I wouldnt care what he had or doesnt have. Its the fact he isnt contributing but will happily spend his money on making his life better for himself, HE should be paying his fair share towards his son, whether it ends up being £5 a week or £50 a week it wouldnt bother me at all. Its the principle of the whole thing!0 -

:j I think so and i'm not being sarcastic:D leave im alone.
now, a PWC is a parent with care (meaning full time care of the child)
I have my uses sadly they are minimal:p 0 -
Fair enough, at least you like him! Still don't like his tone personally, "I pay my CS and thats all I have to do"? I always thought most people did things because they cared for their own offspring, not because the court made them? Am obviously a bit old fashioned in that respect.
I suppose I just can't understand walking away from someone who is your own flesh and blood. Sod the other parent, they don't really matter, but your own child? Doesn't sit right with me. But then I have no kids, I guess having such a crap dad scared me that I could end up the same. If there is one thing that guy taught me, is not to end up like him whatever happens.0 -

PWC is Parent with care, NRP none resident parent, NRPP is none resident parent's partner, and you today are the PWCP :beer:0 -
