I am an established user here, but I know this is begging, sorry in advance .....

My son (he's 10) would like to use spotify. Would anyone here who is already a premium member be willing to get him an invite please?
I know this is cheeky, but I just can't afford £10 a month ATM (and he won't use it much anyway after the first day or 2 novelty has worn off).

Thanks in advance, I will PM my email address to anyone who would be able/willing to help.
I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)

I'm not a premium member, but I can send out "invites" (or "invitations" as we would call them in the UK!).

Feel free to PM me and I'll invite you...

You can't get free membership unless you have an invitation. I guess they have been over-subscribed and need to limit the number of new users till they have the bandwidth.

Good grief! Have they still not bothered to restrict access to the sign up form?! That's how I signed up before Spotify was officially released, but I assumed they would have blocked this now!

I'm really confused now. We tried to get to this point this morning and couldn't, it just gave a dialog box asking for an invite code.

We'll try using your link custardy, Thanks (when ds comes home, I'm pleased to say he's playing out right now). If it doesn't work, we'll take up esuhl's offer.

    Thanks all, you're great.
