How much have you lost altogether Pap if you don't mind me asking?

Snags, have you made any decisions about nice-but-bad-at-snogging man?

I have never been in two minds as much about anyone as I am about him. :o But I don't think I can see him again. Much as he is a lovely guy, I don't see it going anywhere, and I know he likes me a lot, and it wouldn't be fair to lead him on.

Why do the ones I don't want to see again always really like me, and the ones that make my heart leap into my mouth run away so fast you can't see them for dust? It's not like I suddenly turn into an obsessive, needy, bunny-boiler type.

Pap, I don't understand CD, but it sounds like you're doing well, losing is always better than gaining.

Ames Cd is something you have to research before you actually 'understand' it. I dont even know it all now, I wish I did though :D I have spoken to many in work who heve eithr done it/gone back to it and they still dont get it :rotfl: When I speak about differnet parts/symtoms/'rules' they look at me as if I am weird. I said to one of them one day 'how come you are doing a redical diet yet know nothing about it', her answer, 'I buy the stuff I drink it whats to know' Its people like that that then get ill and blame the diet which tarr's it with a bad name as it it just now

I missed the recent photo of you the other day Pap (sounded like it was one from when you were looking at dresses). Have you still got it?

That's absolutely brilliant Pap! I have huge admiration for all of you that have done CD - I have tried some detox/ low carb diets and I can't cope with the lightheaded feelings etc at all, wimp that I am. Well done :)

yeah but £1200 in 6 months is not so much when you think, no groceries, no cakes, no sweets no fizzy drinks etc etc....

but i agree you need to understand the science of it a wee bit. my neighbour dawn is considering doing it after my success .... have tried explaining the rationale behind it and all the sciencey stuff but then she asks questions like "so can i still have a drink on a saturday night?" and really until you're on it and no what's involved and you start to do your own tweaks, then you need to take the hardline with it.... and that is scary....

i have been stalling the restart, calling it Project 1 Stone Til Boobjob, because there is always a reason not to....

ate a takeaway last night, felt crap this morning and thought, right that's it... get on with it, clear that garbage out of your system and get on the plan....

i'm meeting girls for lunch tomorrow, so will be a lovely frothy coffee and a couple of glasses of water while chatting... that's the plan... was gonna put it off til then but something always is gonna come up....

i want to look uber slinky for GM returns in december.... altho sadly no chance of new boobs by then...
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)
