Bookie, glad to see you had a good evening ;)

Bit of a rant/whinge from me today I am affraid. I feel awful ill, prob due to the fact its day four ss'ing. I have a scheduled divation while on holiday (basically off plan for 6 days) so am back to the start of this diet, and on day four then I felt like this and in the end I slept all day. Alas I have to go back to work  So dont want to go, cant phone in sick because I then wont be payed any of my holiday and I am dredding what may happen today. I have felt like this before and when I went in all hell broke loose. One good thing though is I have a lift in and out so no bus fares :T Just have to get through these next 6 hours

Have a good day all

    £12 799 debt 16.10.2009
  • Bookie reappears in Leicester volunteering again.

Ended up stopping over with friend - found a T-shirt in the car to sleep in. We sat talking until 2am. Friend then collapsed this morning holding a china t-pot (empty thank goodness). I've left her in bed with her mother downstairs waiting to open her 80th birthday cards.
We didn't drink very much, especially as we had a meal so I'm just wondering whether she went back onto USA time and jet lag caught up. Very odd.

Her mother has the heating on 24/7 and I feel so dehydrated! Not slept much as I was too flipping hot.

Umm I was planning 810, so went shopping on the way and I was all set. However my CDC stupidly said if you want something it would be a good idea to have it while out of ketosis. If she hadnt planted that thought I would have been fine! So I had so much rubbish I felt ill on friday all day, I swear my body can cope with processed carp anymore  Anyways on Saturday I was going to be day one, meaning I would feel ill like this yeasterday when not in work. Forgot tetra and ate pasty and donuts ~ !!!!!!! I was 100% since Sunday so of course hello day four :o

Oh and I weighed Sunday morning and I was UP 10 lbs  Weighed today and I seem to have lost 11lbs but 1lbs for two weeks is not good is it  Weigh in tommorow and asside from what I sent you I have 12 packets left, I hope she lets be only buy the missing 9 packets because I am skint so could do with the extra £20 for xmas stuff and debt repayments :j

Good luck hun, if you feel the need pop over to the old thread but I am sure you will do fabby alone. Just keep going and you will be fine  I am just about to hit the 12stones now... Once I am in them its then trying to get into the 11's. I have to stay 100% now untill at least christmas day

    Good luck :T

    Morning.

Snaggs, hope you feel better soon.

    Jacs, Happy Birthday!

Pap, I don't understand CD, but it sounds like you're doing well, losing is always better than gaining.

Sammy, enjoy Green Day, I love them! Never seen them live though. Just remember to stay away from the wine!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
