Phew, I've finally got my little unit thing built. Well nearly, the little round screw things (the ones Sammy needed for her drawer fronts) need fastening, but the electric screwdriver wont fit inside it so I need to do those by hand, and one screw just wouldn't go all the way in (oi, dirty minds you lot!) so that's sticking out a bit. I tried twice, I'll just leave it for now.
So tomorrow I can get all my OU stuff put away on it.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

Some worrying feelings etc in my head at the moment and some not good to feel signs. Got a lot of stuff whizzing in my head but my body is tired.
Can't decide what to do - crawl under the duvet and cry, sit on the sofa and stare into space, kick a wall or pour another drink.
It's not good.
sit on the sofa with a duvet and have another drink.

not sure how this can really. I'm recognising some worrying emotions in myself because I've got overly involved in something I am now taking on board and it's dragging me down and triggering feelings I don't want to lose control over. I've spent the last 24 hours either crying or being in the edge of crying."Stay Wonky":D

No, I'm sure he's right handed. Although his dad writes left handed, but does everything else right handed.
They havent rung, just sent letters. I'll ask his y6 teacher if they sent a copy of his IEP, I'm pretty certain they did.
He does have a planner that we sign each week( he lost it for a while, but has it back now) He wouldnt mind us looking through his books. I noticed at primary, the subjects/topics that interested him had fab work/great comments but literacy was full of 'could do more' comments.
When I sent the authority slips back last week, I wrote on them to let me know if there was anything we could do to help at home (also thanking them for helping him)
I think parents evening will be early next year, maybe I should make an appointment to have a chat to his form tutor. She's lovely
Any advice you can give me to help him would be muchly appreciated. He's 11, so not quite teaching a [STRIKE]teenager[/STRIKE] old dog new tricks xx
then I would have a good look through his books see if you pick up anything, then ring the tutor and have a chat?
And I will help any way I can
