Quick query, tried a £5 off £50 code but as total now £45.52 dropped the points down to 180 basic so used a points code instead but only given me the 1700 points and none on the order value, shd i email them and query as normally do
Not sure Pesky - I did same as you and and I got a total of 1700 points (the 3 items I brought would have been an extra 300 points)
I assumed this was correct and that it wasn't adding your normal points value to the order but perhaps I'm wrong0 -
Just managed to get quite a bit of the Christmas shopping done and all being delivered next week. Another thing ticked off the list!MFIT No. 810

Bump!
Did everyone get their normal points for their spend added to the £12 points >£50 offer or is it just me and Pesky that missed out?!0 -
I think someone said yesterday that the 1200 points was the total for your £50 spend?
So you're not actually getting 1200 extra points but they are making your normal points up to 1200 for every £50.
I think that's what was said yesterday but I might well be wrong so feel free to correct me?0 -

The 1200 bonus points includes your normal points on a £50 spend IYSWIM. Its made up of 200 normal points and 1000 bonus points, making a total of 1200. The only extra points you'll get are for whatever amount over £50 you spend, plus any codes you used.
So if you spent £50 and used a 500 points codes the total no. of points you should get would be 1700. Hope that makes sense, morning coffee hasn't kicked in yet:rotfl::starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

That was my understanding too but sinw's post suggests that she got the 200 points per item for her Karvol spend plus the 1200 offer points for spending £50
Very confusing - Me I'm chuffed with 1700 points for my £50 spend on the planetarium, Moonsand adventure set and ice cream maker0 -

Yep thanks Claire makes sense to me - perhaps the system added the 4200 points for Sinw's Karvol on in error - a glitch maybe as the karvol was on a 200 points offer?!

Anyone got any suggestions on how to make this a better deal?
Currently got:
3 x Benefit items, total £51.59
1200 points wys £50
Extra 500 points wys £50 from code
750 points wyb 3 x Benefit
Seems to add to 2454 points so I guess that's an extra 4 for the £1 spend above £50.
Any other suggestions of what I could do to improve that?0 -
i ordered some matresses for my twins cots yesterday and made the order up to £100 with some other bits and one lot of karvol drops and the extra 500 points and got 3104 points i think it was for a £102 spend0

I stayed up til after 2am trying to order online. Finaly got through, put all the things in my basket then discovered the same as you, gave up & went to bed!
Was wondering why this happened? Nobody else seems to have a conflict between the 1200 points & the £5 off.0
