N97 facebook wifi help

i just got my n97 on the 3 network and i am trying to log onto facebook.

is THERE ANYWAY I CAN CONNECT VIA WIFI, it keeps linking me through 3G/GPRS ECT instead of an alredy enabled wifi connection.

plz help!!!!

    i have already tried to change priorities settings and still goes striaght to my 3g connection first.

    someone on here must have a n97! help out a newbie lol

    I have an N82 which is think should be similar - go to the internet icon (ie world globe) and then you are presented with all of your bookmarks.

    Select 'Options' and scroll down to 'Settings' and then General.

    Under 'Access Point' it would be pointed to 'O2', select it and selct user defined.

    Now every time you enter a web page your phone will ask you to select an access point where you may now choose to search for a WLAN or select from other access points already saved (ie O2 etc..)

    no probs - I had the same problem when I first got my phone and was sooo frustrating until I figured out how to do this

    you are a true hero. if i couldnt find out how to do this i would have ended up getting an data package for £5/month!
