salt n peppar
3/4 large potatoes
chop corned beef, onion & carrots, put in a pan, cover with water and bring to a simmer, add oxos, stockcube & salt n peppar, simmer slowly. peel & cube the potatoes, add to pan & suimmer until all is cooked. Top with a pie crust or add dumplings. Loveley on a cold winters nite!!!!!!!!!
It can be frozen too. Funnily enough, it always tastes better too when left, I usually cook it the nite before & warm through when I get in from work. Hubby n kids love it.:A Heaven sent MSE :A0 -

I've just pulled a chunk of corned beef out of the freezer - it's fine. Mr TM will open a can to make himself sandwiches and then leave the rest in the fridge. I'll just pop it inthe freezer if I don't want to use it. It will still be fine for sandwiches - but hash will cover a multitide of sins anyway IYKWIM

Hi All
Does anyone know if it's OK to freeze corned beef ? Hubby always buys large tins and then the remains get left in the fridge till I chuck them out. I'm not a fan, but he likes corned beef sarnies and hash. Does the texture/ taste deteriorate in the freezer?0 -
