    If they publicised it in advance you might decide not to buy those items at full price right now, but delay your purchase until they're cheaper. That wouldn't be good business from their point of view.

    You can also look at it the other way...if they were to consistently publish in advance then it may lead to people choosing to visit the shop who wouldn't if they weren't aware of the goods on offer. Aldi would then hope that once inside someone would buy more than simply the super 6.

    I agree. While I shop at Aldi regularly I always buy extras when I'm in for the super 6 buys. Last time I think I spent about £3 on Super 6 stuff and £15 on other things! :o Lidl publicise their half price weekend deals (:T) and at 50% off people delaying purchase has a greater effect eg £2 packs of chicken etc. It would be nice at least if the website updated as even now, on the day the offer starts, it hasn't! :(
