Phone suggestions please

Hi guys

I am on an o2 contract that doenst run out until march but I now need a phone with good internet asap and I am a bit clueless about what you can get these days.
Basically I want to be able to surf the web and access web base emails quite a lot so are there any unlimited usage deals? I also will need some sort of program to be able to write text documents if thats possible?
Ive just got a fair whack of tax rebate so I don't mind buying either a new contract (I barely use minutes and texts so doesn't matter how few of these there are) or an unlocked phone I can pop my o2 sim into

w995, satio, N900 coming out soon as well, iphone if you must - blackberry 8250 (cheapest blackberry).

I would go for N900 when it comes if I was really keen on a top notch phone which I hope the N900 will be.

There is always a cap on data usage (exception iphone not sure) but plenty of deals.
