c975 repair warranty repair woes

Just had a C975 repaired - the one that completely died on me earlier this week. I was hoping to sell it to Mopay or similar. I am no longer with 3.

It's arrived back. They've had to change the main electronics board etc, so it's got a different IMEI number etc.

However, the muppets have not replaced the rubber bung that goes into the headphone socket.

I have contacted them about this and they say they will try to find one for me.

The chap wanted to just credit my account with £10 but as I have just closed it he cannot do that.

try cpw etc they may have one on a dummy phone you can have
