    0151 649 0861 is the number listed on saynoto0870.com

Try it. Might work, might not.

You have had a case for 2 years and not known which office was dealing with your case, and yet I know before you in a matter of a couple of minutes.

Birkenhead is dealing with your case.
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
  • really is there any need for the tone in ur replies i want some genuine advice on what they are calling maintenance rescheduling and costing 167 thanks for the number but its not answering what maintenance rescheduling is all about and whether they can do it if i d/d is set up and not taken their end.we have tried to ask them but we are not getting any replies as to why he has to pay this extra other than that he does??

We had extra arrears due to the CSA not taking the proper amount out until a couple of months after it had been reassessed and increased. Not our fault. We rang and told them at the time knowing less had been taken out than the new assessment and were told it takes the system a while to change the amount. Our arrears went up. Not our fault, but we still had to pay. Sorry but knowing the CSA I think you are just going to have to bite the bullet and pay.
