Comparison between O2 and Sky for Newsgroups

Basically since Sky are upgrading high users and their discount is ending I am thinking of moving to O2, or any other broadband providers, but would like to know what they are like for high bandwidth users, especially newsgroups and how agressively and when they throttle users. I will be on £15 package soon so would like to get more for my money or keep the cost low. I am on the 10meg package from Sky but was considering the 20meg package from O2. I normally get about 800kb/s download speeds using Altbinz and using an SSL download.
This is definately for the more techie of you out here but any advice on who are good for high newgroup users usage is somewhere about 2gb-3gb a day on average.
Thanks
Elmo
