    Morning All,

Just been and checked if the Barclaycard payments had been made and found that they have put up my credit limit to £3.8K from £2K. I am not complaining as it means my credit file is being repaired. Not planning on spending a penny on it except at the moment. Once it is free it will be used for purchases over £100 to get the extra protection and flights!

That is good news on the credit card Poolie.

I am at work today, is sooo quiet. Only a few of us in, hopefully they will let us go early.

Great news today - the survey came back and it is good. We have got a text from the Woolwich to say the mortgage offer is in the post - YAY!

Hopefully we will complete the sale in January and move into the new house in February, once the vendor has had her little baby.

    I am so pleased!

Fantastic news Lara! I'm so pleased for you, how exciting! Have you been buying (or planning to buy) house stuff in the sales?

How exciting Lara! Are you mentally decorating now?

Back at work today; started at 2 and out of stuff to do now but we daren't leave as someone dobbed us in for leaving early on Monday (despite our boss telling us to go!) so it feels like we've got people watching us now. I've no idea what we're supposed to do though, I should have brought my book!

I went on my Wii fit for an hour last night, I'm really trying to stick to it. I want to do at least 2-3 hours a week, I might make it a little challenge to put in my sig! I think it must be a little wrong in the whole weight reading bit though because it said I was 2lbs lighter than the last time I'd been on and that is completely wrong if my trousers are anything to go by!

What does everyone have planned for tomorrow night? People are coming over to ours (they kind of all invited themselves so I'm not exactly delighted about it!) but I hope to be in bed by 12.30! I really can't be bothered! I don't know what's wrong with me but I was pretty fed up with the holiday season before it had even really started!

This stockin didn't cost me anything as I just used scraps from the textile room at school. I will load the pacthwork quilt soon. My sister has asked me to make her DD a quilt for her birthday in March, which will save me buying a present.

Love the stocking ROTE!! So cute :D Wish I could get into sewing like that, would save me so much on pressies, cant wait to see the patchwork quilt though.

Birdie - I'm not doing anything for New Years, I feel so old when I say it but I don't get the hype. OH is working too so I can't even bug him about it. Most likely be up anyways, had really odd sleeping patterns this week. Been up till 1 most nights eating fruit salad (the sweeties) and watching all the typical 'best of 09' shows.

Lara - You must be so excited!! Bought anything for the house yet?

    Wow thats a great stocking.

Fab news on the house going through okay!

We don't really do new years either, but cos we have the house to ourselves we're cooking a nice 3 course meal together before the healthy new year begins.

Got my new fancy scales today. I am 141lbs (so, still 10 stone despite Christmas indulgences), but scaily I'm 34% fat. Thats at the very high end of normal, so I want to go about turning some of that fat to muscle in the new year. I want to be 122lbs, so thats 19lbs to loose. Hoping to do it by the end of March, although that might be a bit optemistic!

Had my knee x-rayed today. Have been given a tubigrip and some tablets and some painkillers to tide me over till they get the results in two weeks time and can work out whats wrong with it.

Glad im not the only one that doesnt get the hype about new year!! I just hate it because everything costs so much more.

We are going out for a meal with a few friends and then just going for a few drinks at our local (god i sound old!). OH has to be at work 7am on New Years Day, so it wont be a late one!

Another busy day at work with the sales, im ready for bed now!
