Does that work for you? I got given one after my car accident and it did absolutely sod all. I eventually got them to prescribe codeine instead and I started recovering a lot quicker!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I have no idea if it works as I haven't given birth yet!!! Lol!
For some it works and for others it doesn't. I am going into labour with an open mind and will try anything to see if it works. The same with pain relief. I will try natural but if it gets too much I won't beat myself up if I need an epidural.
The tens is supposed to help with contractions in early labour. A friend of mine said that she found it useless with her first and invaluable with her 2nd.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

We’re planning on using some of the refund money on a couple of furniture bits that we need and put the rest in the wedding pot. There’s already £800 hanging around ‘spare’ in our joint account according to OH so I’m going to set up a wedding saver account and move it over.
My friend is due about the same time as you CMD and she has got quite a noticeable bump. We were making her go up to the buffet Monday for us so we didn't look greedy, we said she could get away with it hehe. Bless her she said I hope people think I am just fat. Have you bought any of your baby bits yet?
Eeeh, that reminds me of a few years ago, I was in Toys R Us with my friend (who was overweight and wearing a big, unflattering coat) cooing over the baby things and a sales assistant walked over and started talking to my (horrified) friend about the baby club, and how you can get discounts for buying things 'when the little one comes along'! She got rid of that coat not long after that!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

I got to 9cm dilated with Max on just a TENS machine, and he was over 10lb  I wouldn't say it takes the pain away, but it kind of puts pressure on your back so you have something else to focus on.Mummy to 3 fabulous boys all under 4 :eek:0 -

Sounds like you are getting very organised then! I think anything is worth a try as you have no idea what your labour will be like.0

Am trying to be as organised as possible as I don't want any unexpected expenses when the baby is born. Need to start batch cooking in Jan as well, as that is recommended to ease the burden of new mums. OH said he will organise that!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
