I've gone with Roseberry Photography, Roseberry Topping is where OH proposed, but I'll definitely be keeping that in mind for the next shop

I am a bit annoyed (to say the least) as an old man crashed into me last night. I was driving round the roundabout in the left lane then went onto the left lane of the slip road and he went into the right of me. He claims he was in the left lane, not sure how that could happen when he hit me from the right?? My Dad reckons he was in the middle lane and didn't realise there was another lane. Anyway got a nice dent in car door which only just locks now and need to try and proove it wasn't my fault since he doesn't seem to think it was his...arghh!

Wendz - Did the police attend? Has the accident been reported? I would have requested the police attend since he doesn't want to admit responsibility for his actions. Make sure you draw a diagram of the accident and get photos of the damage.

Get the claim in against his insurance fast as well.

The police weren't there. I was in a bit too much shock to know what to do really. We have got photos and my Dad has got google maps so that you can see what lane I was in etc and I have drawn a diagram.

Rang insurance first thing this morning and started sorting things. The guy said It sounds like i was in the right. The other guys insurance wasn't open today so they are ringing them back tomorrow.

The car is still driveable at least, am taking it to a garage they gave me when am back up in London.

Aww so sorry to hear that Wendz, that is such a pain.

I think I have found all you lot on dooyoo now. My iron has broken this morning, which is good as now I can buy a new one that isn't knackered. But it's a sad story when you're excited about getting a new iron!
