Style finance first letter - no reply??

Hi Guys,
I wrote a letter to my store card that I had with Select to claim the mis-sale of PPI, and too also have my statements sent to me with a £10 cheque enclosed. The cheque has not been cashed, and Im due for a reply in a few days.
What shall I do now?

Hello
No I did not send recorded delivery, so I have sent today. Slightly uneasy about sending a cheque again so sent my PPI letter off first to see what comeback I may have0 -

Well yesterday as I sent the other one off recorded delivery, I received both my letters ( with cheque ) enclosed returned to my address. Stating "addressee away" on them both.
Stuck now!
