Just thought I'd warn other people about the rigmarole you have to go through if you want to cancel! I don't like the changes the BBC have made to the format of the Radio Times, so have decided to cancel my subscription.
Because I have quite a few issues left to go, I decided to ask for a refund. I rang the subscribers number (01795 414646 which I got from saynoto0870.com) and was on hold for 10 mins before I got through. I was then told that because I want a refund, they can't do it over the phone  I have to send in a letter via snail mail, or send them an email (via unsecure means), giving all my details inc. name, address and subscriber number. What century are they living in? Annoyed you can't cancel over the phone. Has put me off subscribing to any BBC magazines in future. By the way, you also get your refund sent by cheque and not via direct debit. If you can take out and renew a subscription online, you should be able to cancel online.0 -
Offer on the link above is now only 4 issues. Anyone know of a new link for 12?0

I never did find one and have let my subscription become a paid one i.e. I never cancelled after the previus trial ended (which was why I was asking for a new code a couple of weeks ago). At least it is only £19.XX for 6 months whereas they tried to increase my paid subscription last year to about £28 for 6 months and I cancelled it.0
