  • We have received our first copy, for 12 - 18 Dec, but were just wondering if the subscription copies are being sent out in date order (in which case we'll get our Christmas copy at the end of this week) or in print order (in which case we should have already had it).

Could someone who has had a subscription for more than a week  confirm if they have already had the Christmas issue?

    Cheers

Don't forget to cut out the voucher in the 12 - 18 Dec issue for a Free Poinsettia from Focus DIY:j
  • The dd for £1 has not been taken from my account either. I've received my 3rd copy.

Hopefully the fee will be taken soon. I will be waiting until a couple of weeks prior to the end of the 12 weeks before cancelling. Thanks again OP!

    Thanks for all the thanks!

My second issue has now arrived, the direct debit has been set up & is showing on my account but I've noticed that they still haven't taken the £1 as yet.

I know it's obvious but don't cancel the direct debit until they've taken the quid!

When I did this last year I cancelled the DD two weeks before the subscription ended and advised them by email that I wished to cancel, no problem.

I took out the subscription when I started this thread, and the £1 was only taken this week!

I have not yet received the Christmas double yet either, but I'm sure it will come sooner or later.

I have tried logging into my account so I can cancel my subscription but it says invalid password. Tried the forgotten password section but its not sending me an email. Tried a few times over the past half an hour. Can I just email with my adress to get it cancelled?

At least cancel your direct debit with your bank - Radio Tines will then write to you when the DD fails.

Hi, just email the BBC and give your subscription number and address and they will cancel your subscription for you. They are really helpful.
