thanks so much for this! i've been using RT online for awhile now but i can't figure out how to get the regional differences and prime time tv is often a let down because the programming can be quite different in scotland than what the site has listed, hopefully now we won't have any more of that!

I cancel my subscription via email after 2 weeks last year, very simple!

Apologies for going ot Confuzzled I use TVguide it's easy enough to personalise it to the different regions just click the select channels button on the left hand side of the screen. hth Confuzzled

oh cheers for that! i'll give that a shot til my RT gets here, if i like it i'll just use that after the RT subscription stops :T

This is open to present subscribers. I phoned them on 01795 414740 to cancel my present subscription and to take out this offer.

It was processed over the phone using the code in the OP.

I was told to write in confirming my cancellation to receive the outstanding credit on my account.

Hope this helps someone.
