Help with flights to Thailand -(Biz Class)

Fully flat is generally accepted as being the superior product. People will have their own opinion though.
To the OP - what's your preference ? Sleeping fully flat, or at a hint of a angle ?
Personally I am not that fussed as long as the service is great and we start our honeymoon off in some style, the OH will prefer fully flat.
I will be leaving from Manchester if that makes a difference, but again not fussed if we need to change at Heathrow/Schipol/Dubai etc0 -
ok - cheers - can you give more specific dates, and tell us if £1.5k is a genuinely upper limitLegal team on standby0

Fly out either 28th Feb or 1st March, would prefer 1st march, but not set in stone.
Duration 3 weeks. Budget is not set in stone either, would go to a total of 4k.0 -

On Virgin you used to be able to remove the part that separated the two seats so you could kind of sleep together. I know VS don't fly to BKK but i wonder if anyone knows of any other airlines where you can still do this?0 -

Of course; BA.0 -
My wife and I have been to Thailand on holiday several times.
The last 3 times we have flown Business Class with Qatar Airways. It was about £1200 each return.
The flight is not direct but via Doha. We flew from Gatwick but they also fly from Manchester and Heathrow. Heathrow flights use the newer planes.
The stopover in Doha airport is an hour on the way out and 3 hours on the way back ( I think). At Doha they have a terminal purely for use by Business and First class passenger.
We both thoroughly enjoyed the service onboard, champagne all the way
I have flown one time First Class with them, and that truly was an experience!0 -
Girlfriend flew Business Class with Qatar on the way back from Thailand. Seemed quite happy about it.0
