Not minimum top up PAYG
Hi
I'm looking to transfer my old monthly contract mobile number onto a PAYG. I have my PAC but want to know which is best deal in regards to no minimum top up limit (ie if you don't top up by £10 every 3 months your cut off)
Also probably text more than talk.

Think most of them have a 'no regular top-up required' tariff (Orange and O2 certainly do). Most of them will inactivate your account if you don't make or recieve a call or text for 3 months though...0

Tesco mobile Value - 5p texts to any network and call costs are pretty good too. Only cheaper way of getting texts is to use one of the internet-based (Java) clients that you install on your mobile like smsbug. Note: Tesco value tariff doesn't allow GPRS data access, so it's one or the other...0

My daughter hasn't had any credit on her Orange mobile in two years yet her friends and her dad are always calling her on it so its never been disconnected.

T-Mobile have a tariff called text appeal, where texts are 3p to any network.0
