Yes, or you might find locked or unlocked dongle offers from the networks there.
You can find some info on networks and SIMs, but perhaps not so much about data tariffs, on http://www.prepaidgsm.net/en/spain.html . Also, the logos on the left act as links to the network websites
The forum there has some useful discussion, for example this thread, which highlights Yoigo and some of the virtual brands as good for data, with Simyo a strong contender. A search for Spain will find you some older threads0 -
Have you not checked the place where you are staying for internet access ?
Many hotels offer it FREE, and some marinas and cafes do as well.0 -
its my own place, just need to get to my emails and most important internet banking.i cant always be bothered to walk up to internet cafe/bar0

I would avoid contacting the aforementioned person. Not a good deal at all. Here's what he has to offer: http://www.antascomputerservices.com/page14.html
Whereas, for example; You can get a USB modem there for 39 Euros instead of the 99 Euros offered by "Colin". e.g.: https://www.simyo.es/simyo/portal/store/select-data-priceplan
Better info to be found here.0 -

each to their own,I put the link so people can contact Colin for advice:j
,NOT just to purchase,we dont even know where the OP is based in Spain
mobile technology is still pretty backward there as opposed to here so some systems will work well and some not.
I reiterate IF YOU WANT ADVICE about internet access contac 'Colin' he is very helpfull, yes he may recommend his system but you do not have to buyI
