Vodafone PAYG Mobile Broadband - Content Control
Options
Can anyone from Vodafone help please?
I have a Vodafone PAYG Mobile Dongle, I've been playing an online browser based game called travian. I topped up on Friday 23rd using a credit card online and now I can't access the online game due to 'content control' and I need to call customer services, pay £1 by credit card to verify my age and have the restrictions lifted. Problem is I've called four times and every time the system is down or running slow and they can't process the request.
Any help from a Vodafone rep would be greatly appreciated.

You can send an email to vodafone from the voda web site and ask them to look into it for you???
And if you already do not have the addon - consider using the internet montly addon (7.50 a month I think).
Additionally you can post a message on the vodafone eforum web site - which will get picked up by voda people pretty quick.0 -
Thanks for your reply, I've tried to email them and the response was..... You need to phone us, pay £1.......
I'll try the eforum tonight and see what happens.0 -
is there an option to do it via their online billing site or through their automated telephone service?
On t-mobile you can do it via handset, automated telephony and their self serve. No need to talk to anyone. It is free too.0
