Little Tip For When Dealing With Sky & VM.

When dealing with any cust services dept in Sky & VM,get an postal address & back it up with a letter sent recorded delivery & ALWAYS ask whoever you're talking to for their CHORDIANT I.D,that way if the's any problems, you turn round & say "On 26 Oct at 5.30,I was speaking to spike who's Chordiant ID is AB12....." & Sky know who it is because it's automatically logged whenever someone acceses your account.
If you get the person to make notes on the account, they should read it back to you.If not,ask them.
This also applies to VM but I dont know what their SMS system is called because, when VM bought them, they ditched NTL's SMS system & now use TeleWest systems & processes.
HTH.
