can i "postpone" a contract?

hi peeps,

can anyone answer this question for me? may be youve been in the same situation?

right i have a contract with tmobile, but im planning to go travelling for 6 months in the next few months or so.

do you think i can postpone my contract line rental for that period?

im on a 18 month contract.

do you think seeing carried outa credit check when i took outthe phone that i would be okay?

any advice or opinions gratefully received.

Hi fatboy2002,

I have know Orange to pospone a contract for those very reasons, however t-Mobile might be different, you wont know until you ask customer services. you could always sk them to downgrade your tarrif if the wont do it for you!!

do you think it would affect my cashback? as month maybe october 2006 for t mobile, but may 2006 for my cashback company. eg e2save.
