sky+ recovery failure(message on planner)

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, A message on my screen is asking me to ring a number,(thought i'd ask here before i ring,might save me a few pence,)My sky + is saying recovery failure on planner( I cant view anything I had saved) have you any ideas why ?, anyone advise before I ring, Thanks .

Your Hard Drive has failed & may be able to be rebuilt,Sky can diagnose this.
If that does'nt work,it's a new box as your's has had it.
(or replace the Hard Drive)0 -
Have you upgraded the HDD in the box for a larger disk? All reports I have seen on this problem have been on upgraded boxes and appear to be down to slight incompatability problems with the HDD used. Several people have reported success in fixing this problem - see here
