Problem not solved. you can log in and "look at a balance" but you can't make any 3rd party transfers. So what's the point in that?

It will allow transfer between other Barclays accounts though. If you have any that is.

Also, how come you can't login with PINsentry?

If you are telling me that the only reason you log into online banking is to urgently pay someone you've never paid before, without them letting you wait until you get home to use your card reader, then you probably have more fundamental problems than online banking!
