Perhaps they have a crap employer - perhaps their car isn't working and taking the bus is too much...again - the comments were that they were 'fed up' and 'x wants out'
Plus they actually told another member of staff that they disliked the job and were looking for a new one, which all helps to drag down the working atmosphere.0 -
Wow that seems harsh, when I worked at a council dept, every Thursday the office would grind to a halt when the internal job vacancies were distributed, followed an hour later when the local rags job pages would do the rounds of the office.
All of us were looking for something better.0 -
She didn't broadcast it over the net.alwaysonthego wrote: »
It is okay not to enjoy your job, but the minute you start broadcasting it over the internet and to collegues takes it to another level.
She said 'fed up' and 'x wants out' - on her personal facebook page.
That could mean anything.
I'd rather someone honest about it than all happy and bouncy and lying - and taking it out on the kids.0 -

Im thinking that rather than actually being a 'comment' it was her facebook 'status' which she had changed. Therefore, id assume it reflected her state of mind at the time it was altered in real time. If she was at work, and other people reading know she is at work, it could be taken - by a reasonable minded person - to make a connection that she is fed up at work, regardless of whether it is something else.0 -

If she had changed her facebook status in worktime, I'm sure that would have been part of the original reason for the suspension - people have mentioned it and assumed that it was changed in work time - so I am assuming that it wasn't in work time until we know otherwise.0 -
I bet there will be more to it than just those few things, anyways I totally agree I would not want to send my children to a nursery where the SENIOR nurse is moaning about the job, I dont care what the reasons are, I wouldnt like to hear it, end of.:starmod:Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1189:starmod:0

yep, fair comment. Until we dont get more details speculation is unhelpful.0 -

Absolutely.
Since having the babies, I have found that when I have been down or in a bad mood, they pick up on this instantly and their mood reflects mine. Why would they be any different with their carers in a nursery? I would not let this woman look after my children with her attitude.0 -

If there is, then it should have been detailed on the original suspension. Which it hasn't been.
Again, no point in speculating and making up your own stories.
You were a bit fed up with your broadband this morning, so you started a thread on it. People do get fed up every now and then - it's not the crime of the century.0 -
I wouldnt be interested if there WAS more to it than that, a good few people have said they wouldnt send their kids to a nursery where the SENIOR nurse is moaning to other staff about how she doesnt like the job and wants to change jobs...that has happened clearly from the OP. You can see exactly why the nursery would take a dim view of it and quite rightly so. Presumably this is a grown woman we are talking about here, pathetic all round.:starmod:Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1189:starmod:0
