Unlocking a Tocco F480 on 3 network?

I have been offered a second hamd Tocco on 3. I am considering buying it but want to know of it is easy to unlock? also what should i expect to pay for a second hand one? in good condition?

    3 will unlock any 3 phone for £15. and price, you can pick up a new one for £140 so i wouldnt pay more than £80 - £100 for a used one one
