F2Surf Adsl-Max speeds slow? Then revert.

Like many people I experienced slower speeds with ADSl-Max (which Technical Support could not resolve) than with my old 2 MB service .
Yesterday, when I contacted F2S about this ongoing unsatisfactory situation they informed me that as of today, if I was unhappy, I could revert back to the 2 MB service and that they would also refund my £5 update fee. Of course I accepted.
This morning when I connected to the Internet, much to my surprise, I was back on 2 MB. Bliss!!!
The guy I spoke to said they were not making a general announcement about this and were trying to keep it a bit hush hush. So now you know.
Phone them on 01727 811530 (expect a long wait) get through to Administration by selecting option 2.

Be nice if all ISP's offered this, mine has been a disaster from week three when BT worked on the line and now my MSR was set at 288kbps.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
