Ahhh I'm liking this story (not the married bit but younger partners are better apparently!):

(not sure OH would agree with the second bit though ;))

Let us know how he gets on Spud!

He's home. Mouth numb, didnt like the suction because it made him gag, but was OK with the drill. He smells of bubble gum
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

  • Oh my God... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8324689.stm I know it's silly to be so worked up about someone I don't even know but this has really got to me. I love the West End and I'm a huge fan of his. I know it says he'll be ok but I just can't believe it.

Hi Bess, good to have you back, hope he gets something soon!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Agreed Kayleigh,
You can only hope that it encourages other men to get checked out!

  • Monday, Monday - yep it seems like it is. Hi everyone :hello:
Been a busy bee recently - got house keys (sort of) - got one set but haven't got the tenants other set yet which hopefully contains keys to such things as the meter cupboard, no inventory yet either :( and the sofa is still waiting to be replaced - oh well.
I probably should be busy packing lots more boxes today - such excitment.

Now, changing the subject slightly...or rather a lot actually! We have been given a chocolate fountain, which is very cool and I'm looking forward to using it, howver, the chocolate to put in it costs near-on £20!!! Does anyone else have a fountain and do you put your own recipe/chocolate in? If so, any recommendations?! thank you!

I agree about this being my social life, so much so that I used a picture of people on here for my 'photo of friends' Italian homework! I just wish there were more meets, or that I could go to more of the ones there are. Then again, having so few of them makes them more special, if they were too often people would just start not bothering.

QB, I think thorntons do fountain chocolate, not sure how much it is though.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
