Just catching up after a mad afternoon finalising Christmas 2009 and talking about Christmas 2010.
Snaggles - wear what you feel most comfortable in. And if possible leave enchancing the hair colour until a few days before the second date.
Maz - well done on gettiing the house keys.
Bunny - do one item off your list a day if possible with copious amounts of wine and chocolate to hand!
Roll on home time, I can't get over how dark it is now. Surprisingly today's the most unproductive day of the year!!!

Gemmzie - eek, that doesn't sound good. Is it someone you are close to?

QB, if you bank with any of you cc providers, you need to move accounts asap.
Do you rent, or have a mortgage? If you rent you might get something towards it, there's no harm in applying.
Ooh right! Well I have 5 credit cards (back in the day when credit was soo easy to get hold of!) and 1 is a halifax card and we have a joint halifax account. It's only used for paying the bills, but unfortunately it's in it's £200 overdraft limit at the moment. So whilst transfering the direct debits over to another account would be OK, is the overdraft owed that might be a problem! I've not been in to see the Bank yet, so maybe that would be a good step before writing to the credit card.
We rent privately, so I don't know whether there would be anything available to us.

Thankyou for the replies re- veneers, I have an appointment at the dentist next week so will see what he recommends........I dont fancy the thought of veneers pinging off at any moment though:eek:
Friends of ours have a choc fountain and they use smart price choc with a bit of really decent choc mixed in and a few drops of oil.
Off to catch up.......But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Car battery dead this morning, DH charged it, car working fine.
Drive to McDonalds to take kids for tea (special treat with DD best friend who has moved schools)-go back to car-wont start. Call DH who gives me the number for AA to call...sit and try to get car to start a few more times, stress a bit, call DH a few names (as you do, it's a mans fault the car doesnt work isnt it? Even if he is at work?) then remember something-car was raaaaaather low on petrol........Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0
