We're trialling new technology with the Money Tip this week. It's being sent multi-part, whcih means those who can get HTML will get it as normal, but those who can only handle plain text will get a different format of email.
The aim is more people who are signed up will be able to receive the tip.
If you weren't getting the tip before but can read it now, please tell us
If you were getting HTML (ie coloured and nicely laid out) emails but now are just getting plain text, please let us know
Thanks for your help

The plain text version of the email is a great time saver - thanks0

Nothing has changed. Always have had the web side link - which is fine by me.
Many thanks for all the great money saving tips - fascinating site which has turned the art of saving money for me into a game. Keep up the good work.0 -
Previously I could read the email, now I have to copy the link into a browser and go. Which completely defeats the object of sending out the email.
Boo hoo0 -
Pretty please can the email still have the weekly tips in plaintext? Some of us discard all attachments and also read offline so a web link to the weekly u-no-wot is not of use. It's more work for the tekkies to drive glitzy html and plaintext but you lose people like me with html bloat mails due to the ever presence of sp*m toerags and viruses.0

I can't read HTML emails in my main account but it usually gives me the emails as attachments, allowing me to read them (sometimes in a rather odd format).
Previously it has done this with the Money Saving Tips email but now I just get a link within a normal email ???
I don't mind using the link but it was nice to have it in email format.0 -
OK. For the moment we're going to have to stick with the new format
Soon we are getting a converter - so the plain text will be there, but with a link at the top.
For those who were getting HTML but now receive it as plain text please email webmaster@moneysavingexpert.com and we'll see if we can work out whyMartin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

I used to get the email as an attachment, now all of a sudden I get script with links. Either way I don't mind as long as I get the tips!
Thanks Martin0 -
Please do _not_ send me HTML messages.
I want only plain text.
Thank you!0
