Just to say that I'll be out all day today. First, a meet-the-authors lunch, mingle & chat and then later for dinner. Plus, we have freebie tickets for a preview film, so will be out all evening too. :j:j

If the condensation was on the outside of the windows this morning, does that mean that it's colder inside than out
Dehumidifier needs emptying before I go to work as it's already half full  I obviously should have brought it in a few weeks ago
Chicken stock has been decanted, chicken meat stripped and bones are back in the SC to make more stock! Breakfast has been eaten, so I'm off to do a quick tidy of the kitchen, then pack my gym kit, shower and head off to work.
Big hugs for toots & lady-l in particular.
Good luck to those of you [STRIKE]suffering[/STRIKE] enjoying an uninterrupted week in the company of your offspring for the first time in several weeks
Rose - don't forget that you're on a decluttering mission this weekWe're looking forward to hearing about it.

Have a good week ladies! BTW my daughter went on a team day the other week where she was told it is now a judgment to call someone a lady - we are all meant to be women rather than ladies! Has the world gone mad! Anyway, she told me she was a girl rather than a woman and I agree with her (bless she is nearly 40:rolleyes: but will always be my baby)

Hellllooooooflyers,
OK, I have been MIA, actually MII-A (inaction lol).....had horrible bug for over a week and made do with minimal cleaning!
I'd like to join in this week, but as am not trying to overdo it yet might just do some things off the list.
Cheers Pigpen, Soappie, Toots for getting us going, so to speak.

Thanks to everyone for the thread - keeps me vaguely on track
Huge amounts to do this week - childrens party on Friday, then guests for the weekend so a whole house clean is needed . Working three part days plus a fair amount to do from home so I really need to crack on today, with a view to washing the carpets Wednesday afternoon.
Someone mentioned washing stairs carpets without a machine? You can buy handwash stuff, basically you whisk it up then sponge on and off the foam. Hard work but it does make a difference. When my vax dies I am going to have one with attachments next time.
Rosepink - best of luck with your challenge.
