If we're swapping embarassing smear stories Valli, I remember, after a 6 month stint at the gym, the practice nurse was looking where you need to for a smear and came out with the gem

Am feeling MUCH better this morning and can sit comfortably. I went to my colleagure to plan and spent about 4 hours sitting on a plastic bag and think that might have upset 'me' as I got warm IYSWIM

I have 5 GPs to go at, one who is best avoided, two who listen to me AND two ladies...
(I do like my own GP he was the one who did a smear post natally and argued with me as to whether I had an infection but he is so nice. When DD was taken up there unconscious (well, sleep and lack of consciousness are similar) he stayed with us after surgery closed while we waited for the ambulance...by that time she was conscious (and running around) as she had been nebulised but he would NOT let her be away from a nebuliser).

Anyway I feel MUCH better thankyou *mwah* Serena and Greenbee

I will have a shuffle round of jobs - gas (and therefore hot water) is off all day tomorrow so I will do the wet jobs (bathroom and kitchen today, as things require washing down and floor require mopping.
And I am going to check Pizza hut deals as I can't cook or wash up! (Pity!;))

oh WM - loads out on line as it is bright, warm and sunny here

I'll join in at 11. Need to get something done, its too easy just to sit here doing nothing when the kids are off school.. but thats not going to get the housework done. Need to give myself a kick up the backside!

    Count me in for 11am.

Childrens party Frdiay, and my lovely in-laws coming for the weekend. Upstairs is done except the bathroom, downstairs have deep cleaned in the last week the kitchen, back hall, cloakroom and front porch. The real problem is the playroom which is just shockingly bad. Have been working on it since 9am and it is still grim . Can't trace the awful smell to source, but if it is anything like their bedroom it is mouldy fruit somewhere .

It is hard work cleaning around the tools and general building site junk too. I don't think I can see how bad it is anymore :o.
