Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

    Hi :j

Fab weekend at DD's - loved seeing our 3 yr old GS.
As we were away the dailies didn't take long to do, so was able to get on with Monday's list.

Welcome to the newbies - this is THE best thread!

    Extras
    1. HHI Later with Jessica
    2. Check all the winter coats are clean and ready to wear.. and put away all the summer ones! Polish your wellies!! NO! NO! Still warm and sunny on the Kent coast.
    3. binbag dance well, only half a bin bag, but better than nothing
    4. Wash any windows that have been neglected
Also started a household (flat) manual - want to replace kitchen cupboard doors so put the measurements in archlever folder and collected guarantees/instructions and put in there. Made a section for each room.

DH eventually went off to work with a cold that is, of course, Much Worse than the cold I had (and other flyers had) last week. Expect him home anytime now as I shouldn't think he'd last the full day!

Glad the Sat meeting went well - would have loved to meet up but was away.

Hope Toots is doing OK. Hugs to anyone else who needs one.

Rosey - if you get lots and lots of letters (and have the labels in) make a sheet of labels with Not known at this address - return to sender on) just speeds up a tedious and thankless task!
Good thinking, must find those labels that can be printed on

I'm exhausted and boiling hot! Have filled two sacks with DH's clothing. And that's not all of it. I can now see the two armchairs and the LR floor! Yay!
Have saved a few vital bits of paper that were in danger of being lost and stuck them in a safe place. Other bits and bobs that are non clothing are on the table. There's still more to do on LR floor between armchairs but will do that a bit later.
Need a rest now, am having some WW choccy biccies! Yum!

Have hit the deck today after a massive row last night with DD who I am sick of having absolutey no respect for anything. I am fed up with her just taking stuff from around the house and trashing it, being rude, refusing to tidy up or do anything I ask her to, answering back, trying to get the last word in or 'beat' me in an argument - but I love her and dont want it to be like this. It hurts and theres two ways to prevent that happening one is change and the other is to shut her out (which I so do not want to do). Have talked (and sobbed) when I came back from shopping and I think she finally realises how much she is hurting me. She is now voluntarily cleaning her room :T

I on the other hand have loaded the WM and TD x 2 and cleaned the fridge out and refilled with the shopping.

Unfortunately the retail therapy hasnt helped (well it was food) but maybe if I order the boots it will :p

Cant get the hoover out yet as DH is still asleep after night shift.

Oh and I think this week I am going to order a new suite as I am totally sick of the colour of the old one - guess I better wait until after tomorrow though as we wont be buying anything if it all goes bottoms up.

Go do something Kaz you're stalling ..................................
