    Update:
I got a letter from Studio today stating they are reimbursing all the default charges ever applied to the account plus 8% interest, total refund around £300.

As for my cca request they provided a 'sample credit agreement'

And as for the ppi refund request, they didnt even mention it:mad:

Ok, so you send letter 4. CCA Dispute

Then you remind them about the PPi claim :D

Well i got a reply from the cca reminder letter kindly given by never-in-doubt.

Basically they are saying that the OFT and TS say what they sent(a sample credit agreement) is acceptable to meet my cca request.

They are also aware that the courts would not at present be able to grant them an enforcement order if they were challenged to produce a copy of the original signed agreement(i was under the impression they had to produce the original signed agreement in court):D.

Oh but they did say they may be able to produce the original only if the cost justified recovering it from there archives:rolleyes:.

They have give me the complaints leaflet should i wish to take it further, well i think letter no.4 cca dispute is in order dont you never-in-doubt.:beer::beer:

Honestly mate, i'd just ignore them from now on.... but to put closure to this (if you want to argue) i'd be arguing along the lines that you want to see the original agreement so you can establish whether the debt is indeed unenforceable. Otherwise, send the letter you suggest and see what they come back with.

    never-in-doubt,

Thanks to all members i think this is one battle won(for now).
