Thank you to everyone, managed to get all the above from john lewis for £50.97..... one very very happy mummy today and there will be one very happy 7yr old girl on xmas morning....
Looks like she will be having a sylvanian xmas this year, as got bargains a few weeks ago.
Now have to persuade her to get rid of her 3 dolls houses!!!!

I would go for a small house or nursery and a wee family. The riverside lodge is £34.99 on the sylvanian site and comes with the penguin family and a childrens room set

My daughter is 5 and loves her Sylvanians she has a lot of it now but her favourites are the nursery, nursery bus and play area and the babies which go with it so if you got a John Lewis nearby they are at great price now

I have got her the school and school children, dinner lady etc for this christmas

Toys r us also have a 3 for 2 on atm on sylvanians Amazon have some cheapish families as well atm so it really depends on which ones you want as to which comes out cheaper

Thanks for all the bargain sharing. I bought the nursery bus this morning as I needed to place a John lewis order anyway, so it helped bumped it up for free postage I really must stop buying Christmas presents now!!!

Aww no sorry to hear that, that's rotten. Mine was delivered yesterday and swiftly hidden in the loft. I'm sure I read on another thread that someone else got one too? Not quite sure why some were cancelled but hope those people find an equally fab bargain before Xmas too.
