SKY Plus Box Problems

I have had my Sky Plus box now for a few years and love all the classic albulms that are shown on Sky Arts.

But for the life of me, when wanting to watch a Concert by John Lydon in Brixton, the box keeps asking for my pin number. Even at gone 11 O'clock in the evening, it asks for a pin number. I could understand before I go out and have a snif of Old Spot Ales at 7, to prevent those hard of hearing from listening to decent music, but come on, I canna remember me !!!! when I am pinned!

Now, I know I may be getting on a bit now, but !!!!!!. Thank God I got the vynals before the advent of the MP3 Player and its warnings. Time to get the tape deck out I thinks

It is hard enough doing that at 7! At 11, the batteries go everywhere, the cat sacrpers and the missus legs it.
  • Remove the parental controls and don't have a pin number? No good if there are minors in residence though.

Typical, someone had to mention Cats (Other word is PC'd on this site!)

I have looked at My Sky Settings and as we are all adult here, apart from Freddie, the pin restrictions are off, including teh pre watershed as well.

Just maybe my luck that is will not let me watch the Idols of my Yuff (Grammy Polis Excepted) without regression to pin numbers and locks.

Now, where did I put my remote control!
