Hi guys I am on T-mobile's Flext tarrif, which includes calls to 0870 & 0845 numbers in your Flext allowance however there is a 0844 number that I ring on a regular basis but this is charged at 40p a min!!!

I have just been looking at the override services provided however all of them seem to only override to UK landlines, mobile numbers, 0870 numbers and 0845 numbers. I have googled and looked on saynoto0870 however there doesnt seem to be an alternative number.

Please could someone advise me if there is a way to override to get 0844 numbers cheaper than 40p a min from my mobile!!!

Thanks in advance

According to that, if you're on the Flext 2009 plan, 0844 numbers are included?

These are the calls which are included in your Flext plan.

08 number What is it for? Included in Flext? Cost per minute
    0800/0808 Freefone Yes 40p
0845 Customer service lines, telephone banking, etc Yes 40p
0842/0843/0844 Customer service lines, telephone banking, etc Yes 40p
    0870 Information lines Yes 40p

All inclusive calls are charges at 40ppm.
Did you mean this or are you been charged 40ppm for a 0844 number separately ?

Yea I have been charged seperately for these calls. I am not too sure if it makes any difference but I am on the old Flext 35 tarrif??? I might give c/s a call to check with them.

    I meant 0871 numbers NOT 0844 numbers.

    Thanks again.

Localphone allow access to 0871 and other NGN Numbers via a geographical number.

    See: http://www.localphone.com/call/united_kingdom

Your need to buy some credit up front to use service.
