Phones4U Upgrade cancelation
Just wondering if anyone can help me out here.
I walked into a phones4u store on Tuesday and after being stupidly talked round I ended up walking out with an upgraded phone on a £40 tariff!!!
Getting home and using the phone I have decided it's not the phone for me as it is not very user friendly. I have today called to say I wish to cancel and apparently as it was an upgrade I cannot and there is nothing they can do? I thought I would have a 7 day period to cancel??
Thanks in advance

You only have 7 days for online or telephone orders where you don't have the option to use the equipment before you buy (distance selling regs). Anything bought instore has no 'cooling off period'
You can try appealing to the manager, but from their point of view they'd have to take back a used handset at this point which they can't sell. . .0
