returnng to the original question - there was a thread on here last year i think where one party wanted the remaining available space in the cess-pit measured so that a part-refund of cess-pits empting fees could be agreed......

Its OK saying you have fully informed the company (I sent recorded letters too) but they don't take any notice and hand it over to debt collectors - even though I didn't owe anything. Because I had moved house I did not want someone wrongly entering a CCJ against me at my old address just because they wouldn't sort out my simple cancellation request. Google 'Pipex problems' and you'll see I wasn't the only one.0 -
The question I find most silly (and some people here seem to think it is a sensible question to ask although I can't for the life of me see why) is "What price will you accept"? The answer of course is "as high as I can get", although normally out of some decorum I ignore the question and let the questioner arrive at his own conclusion.0
