At a quick glance it looks fine to me. Though I would drop the holiday and get contents insurance with accidental damage. Go through someone like Topcashback to get a little bit of cash as well.

thanks tigerfeet. i don't really understand contents insurance though, sorry to be dim. we live in rented so anything that goes wrong with the flat is covered by the landlord - washine machine, fridge, heating etc and we don't have anything worth stealing:o is there a legal obligation to have contents insurance? thanks x

i've worked in insurance for 10 years many in claims, so please don't take this the wrong way.

The way I look at it is

If someone broke in to your house tomorrow and took every thing or heaven forbid there was a fire

You now have to replace everything

    beds
    sofas
    clothes
    tv
    compter
    kettle
mirrors , you get the picture

could you afford to replace it all?

like i say its your choice but it is worth it.

    Is it fully furnished?

If you had a flood or fire, flat was broken into and vandalised, and all your clothes, furniture etc.was destroyed would you have to replace it?
