security tool virus..help

can anyone help,my computers been infected with the security tool virus which has disabled my usb ports and now my keyboard or mouse do not work!!!!is there anything i can try?

hey your lucky i just got rid of this yesterday its a trojan / adware. you need to go to google and type in malwarebytes free download install that then do a fulll scan this scan took me 4 hours. then u need to go to google and search hijack this install that to get a log sheet. when u have done that pm me and ill help you out

ps. if u cant use your keyboard try using safe mode networking

Gunjack ~ the OP cant use their 'mouse' nor their 'keyboard'!

OP ~ Bootup and keep pressing F8 to get into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

UPDATE and FULL SCAN
Post the log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Click DO A SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

Even if the OP 'can' download to another PC theyre going to struggle to install or run any of it without being able to use neither their mouse nor their keyboard
