Are Orange LLU any good? (or at least better than o2 Access!)

I've just moved in and got o2 Access connected.
The service is absolutely shocking, speeds during the day vary from 2-7mbs (which is ok with me) but consistently 0.3mbs or less during the evenings when I actually use it the most.
Simply googling "o2 access evening" lists hundreds of people complaining about the same thing and how it's been like this for ever.
I've called o2 who basically told me to put up with it and therefore I've decided bye bye o2.

Now, at my exchange I'm kind of limited as most of the LLUs are full (O2/BE/C&W) which leaves me with Orange LLU.
Their new prices (£12) and 20mbs unlimited seems good, but someone compared moving from o2 to Orange as jumping from the frying pan into the fire.

Does anyone here use Orange LLU and if so what are your opinions of the service.
Thanks

As you say, O2 are LLU on that exchange-have you asked them when you might be able to move over onto LLU? That's your best hope.
Apart from Orange, the only other LLU option is Sky. My experience of Orange CS is grim, but I would have thought that the LLU service has got to be better than Access. Maybe try it and possibly move back to O2 LLU in 12m?

Unless you are REALLY desperate ....avoid HORrange like the plague ! Their Customer Services "operation" is the worst I have ever experienced in any sphere of life!!

That's what I'm saying. The service will work, but don't expect any meaningful tech support, you'd be better of fixing it yourself or getting advice on here.
