Help - I don't know where to start looking!!

I have a challenge that I need your help with.

I am the treasurer of the local playschool and i have been asked to look into the options available to the playschool regarding the phone.

The playschool takes place in the school room of the village church and there in no landline. We have looked at a landline as an option but as the church is used by different groups we would be very complicated to work out who is responsible for costs and calls.
Playschool currently uses a mobile (vodafone) as an emergency and contact phone but the phone it's self is on it's last legs and we seem to be spending more and more on top ups.

i have been challenged to look for a better deal.
Our requirement would be:

- A new phone with no gadgets and no camera
- A contract that would mean the phone always had credit
- A good signal ( orange is very poor in the area)
- We would also need to keep the same number.
- we would only need calls and not text packages.

We also need to know if it is possible that the phone contract could be held in the name of the playschool (we are a registered charity) rather than an individual staff or committee member.

Sorry to go on - but with all these requirements I really don't know where to start.
