Cashback for not upgrading phone with Orange?

Been with Orange for 8years, never upgraded phone. Have I missed out on cashback by not claiming? Am I eligible for cashback?

    As far as I am aware Orange give you NOTHING for not upgrading.

    I would move to T-mobile if I were you. I too have been with Orange for donkeys years, but recently they seem to have decided to fire evryone with a brain!

    I was with Orange for years but 18 months ago I went with Vodaphone mainly because the Orange coverage in our area was rubbish!

    Now I am with Vodaphone my 'mobile' is truely 'mobile!

    Might be worth looking into?

    Orange do have a points system on loyal customers. A few months ago when I was looking to upgrade they told me I had 135 points which equals to £90 credit to the account if i was to take out a further 12 months contract.

    New phone are free or pay a small fee depending on which one. You must have loads of loyalty points, phone and ask them about it.
