I hope you had a right good old chinwag with your friends and that there was lots of laughing - that could be just the thing for you!

Sorry to hear you are still feeling rubbish - are you still off work? If not, then I think you are justified in taking tomorrow off - no problem.
Do you have things to make you cool - use ice cubes and fans maybe?
I'm worried about you. Please don't give up - we all have bad days and you've come so far and done SO well - you're a superstar and very famous in DFW land!
Let me know you are okay later

I second all of this Lynz, its hard and i know things are not going so well at the moment, especially healthwise but you have done so well so have a bit of a cry if it helps, talk the ears of a friend and then chin up and continue the fight:grouphug:Success means having to worry about every thing in the world......EXCEPT MONEY. I'm sorry to hear you're feeling down Lynz. I hope you feel better tomorrow and can enjoy the weekend. You are doing well, your debt is down to £6,000 and that's manageable now when you think of the nightmare debt that others have. I know you have health problems too but youve been obsessing about your debt a lot so if you focus on the fact that you are doing well, then hopefully you will feel better. You will pay it off. I think that stress can make you feel unwell. I have been stressing a lot about our debt lately and it seems no matter what I do I cant make it go down very quickly and I cant sleep nights. So I think you are feeling stressed about your health and your debt and its combining to make you feel this way. Think you should try to chill out a bit, relax and have a glass of wine or a G & T. You can only economise and pay off the debt what you can afford and then you should maybe forget about it for a while. in another year or so your debt will be a distant memory. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

thanks for all your kind words as usual gang, you certainly know how to pull my chin up
Do feel a bit better today, but generally a bit :wall:
I just feel like my life is pretty pants what with not being well, being off work and generally going nowhere. However, the debt thing is making me feel better, so thanks for reminding me I am doing something constructive.
thing is, and Im sure im not alone in this, OH is getting a bit peeved with his ongoing neglect of him in favour of me being here, so evenings hanging out here is pretty much out. He feels like you lot know more about me that he does, which isnt a lie in all fairness to him.
I JUST WANT ( yes, not need) TO GO ON HOLIDAY and cant stop looking at flights. Although I have to stop right now and wait for august. where I shall be having a lovely DFW holiday, I just want it to come round faster!! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
honestly, August won't be all that long coming round, and the countdown to your lovely DFW holiday will give you something to aim for until then.....
take care of yourself in the meantime, and try not to let all this get on top of you....(I know, easier said than done..)0 -

Hey Lynz - not sure if it's your sort of thing, and it's not really a holiday (or not at all, in fact!), but the Open Garden Squares in on this weekend. You know, the thing in London where they open lots of those cute private gardens that you usually can't go in.
It's always nice to get some greenery when you live in Town...
