thanks nearly rich, the sun is now over the yard arm, so maybe OH will bring me in a nice cold can. ALthough he is skint so maybe not lol

Ok, so my debt free efforts are as follows for today
    1) sent 2nd letter to b/card asking for them to understand what the data protection act is, and give me my statements - they have a grand total of 6 days to do this, so they better hurry up, or else I will be polishing my court shoes
    2) sent letter to mastercard asking for a further 314 back from them.
    3) bought 2 FCUK corsets- neither fit one has broken zip, the others going on ebay tonight  couldnt resist a bargain
    4) did the tescos shop and feel a bit off the wagon on that, but it came in under budget but not sure we actually have enough food. Im too hot today, so eating isnt something I fancy, so menu planning didnt happen blah blah
    5) about to send off for free shinpads, they will go in the Xmas box.
    6) did my filing
    7) finally paid my electric bill

erm thats it. Not feeling too inspiring today, just havent really achieved much again :(

    Cheers lovey

got the stuff ready for the BBQ, OH will be home in a bit and he loves the coals so I get a night off cooking ( almost :) )

Yeah I paid b/card, they basically are telling everyone our details are on microfiche, which is clearly not true, and additionally doesnt matter if they are on microfiche they still need to comply with the act. trying not to get too frustrated, I have a inkling that the charges on this are around the 500 mark, so I cna find the patience from somewhere.

You know what it is, I think im bored. Ive been so ratty today. But being off work is crap and im just rattling round the flat and feeling like im doing nothing, but im too hot to do anything really :(

Sorry to moan. no need really

I think what youve done in one day is a lot Lynz. By the way, I only wrote one letter to Barclays re our 2nd account and today they have refunded the full amount of charges, only £85 but much better than a kick in the teeth. Think A & L are going to be tougher nuts to crack though and I've heard theyre closing peoples' accounts which would be extremely inconvenient for me.
